Celebrate Valentine’s Day with some simple Valentine’s Day activities. In addition to the ones found on our website, there are also some great ones published in our January/February newsletter. Remember not to over do. The kids always remember the little things…..
Taking a summer vacation? Then now is the time to start planning. Hold a family meeting to talk over where to go and what to see and then start making hotel and plan reservations. Planning a trip to Disney? Then be sure to pick up a copy of The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World for all of the inside tips. Mousesavers.com is another great resource for penny pinching families.
Easter Sunday is April 16th and Lent begins on March 1st. Now is the time to start thinking about any new Easter and Lent family activities and traditions you want to add this year.
Did you have a baby in 2005? Then be sure to get your baby a social security number. You will need it when it comes to filing your income taxes next year. Without it, you will be forfeiting valuable dependent deductions and child tax credits. April 15th is the last day to file.
Remember to schedule your family time this month. Schedule it as often as works for you family, but just schedule it! Visit our family activity and local area activity sections for more suggestions.
