Healthy Snack Tip
By Polly | April 11, 2006
Fill a segregated serving bowl similar to the ones you can buy through your local Tupperware representative (I think they are called Serving Center Sets) with pre-washed and pre-cut vegetables, fruit, and cheese. This is a great way to give kids quick healthy choices with little fuss. Set it out right before the kids get home from school or on the table right before dinner is served.Â

Great tip!
My son loves veggies - as long as there is DIP!! I just use a light ranch dressing and the broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. just disappear!!
Great site and wonderful blog! I found you through Child Avenue and I will be back!

I love dip also, but unfortunately I’m the only person in the house who does.
