Embracing Our Common Humanity

Presented in part by African American Family and Metro Parent, former President Bill Clinton will be speaking at the Max M. Fisher Music Center in Detroit on June 12, 2007. Speaking to an expected sold out crowd, President Clinton will be delivering the speech, “Embracing our Common Humanity’, in which he will speak about building community and creating opportunity. Partial proceeds of the event will go to support the Yes Foundation, a nonprofit organization that promotes literacy in the city.
